Outstanding Service From FORD

I bought two new Ford motor vehicles from Mekor Ford in Claremont Cape Town. I had my car serviced for its whole life at Ford, except for the last 100K service, which I took to Bosch. There they discovered that the sump plug was cross-threaded, which could only have happened at Ford on the last service. I contacted Ford and they did not quibble. Mr Francois de Beer, the Workshop Manager did something I thought was long extinct. He accepted the word of his customer and agreed to come to the party. I am the third person, along with two other people I know well, that has had a similar experience with Ford. It is a real pleasure to deal with people like this.
