Ongoing Issues with Ford Puma – Urgent Assistance Required

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the persistent issues I have been experiencing with my brand new Ford Puma, purchased from Ford Bruma in December 2025. Since taking delivery, I have encountered several problems, including: A persistent squeaky noise, particularly evident when driving on bumpy surfaces also the air conditioning has started making unusual noises. Air is entering the car from the doors or windows while driving at speed of 120 km/h. The door rubbers on the door have repeatedly come loose. Recently, warning lights for cross traffic and blind spot malfunctions have begun flashing on the dashboard. Despite taking my vehicle back to the dealer multiple times, these issues remain unresolved. On my last visit, I was advised to contact FORD SA for further assistance. I spoke with Naideen and received reference number ***. Following her instructions, I booked my vehicle in for service, dropping it off on March 13, 2025. Since then, I have not received any updates regarding the status of my vehicle. I am currently without a car and struggling to manage my daily responsibilities without it. I kindly request a prompt update on the repairs and resolution of these issues. It is crucial for me to understand the timeline for getting my vehicle back and whether any temporary solutions can be provided in the interim.
