Old car sold as new

Damaged car as New.<br> Bought a new car now after washing it shows like body putty on the car is coming through the paint. Bought it from a guy named Gerrard (an old guy).<br> We did not expect to buy an damaged car for we were expecting a new car.I wanted a grey car but was told I would wait along time so he gave us a better deal on a white one.<br> Who old have guessed. <br> I had faith in Ford and it has been shattered!!!!!!<br> I am preparing to sue if I have to (Big waste of time but what choose do I have)<br> I never expected someone to be this desperate to make a sale whish I went with volkswagen at least I would get what I paid for.
