OEM Ford Ranger engine T6 2.2 Warranty

Review regarding Brand new OEM Ford Ranger engine T6 2.2 Warranty When buying a brand new factory engine , Ford will give you a 20 000km warranty(if installed by them) and only 10 000km when a RMI approved shop installed it. Remtec will give you a 100 000km warranty on a remanufactured engine. (how is that for confidence in your work) This is really disappointing from Ford and you believe me, I have challenged it , Ford just not willing to up the warranty. Worth mentioning is that in some overseas countries ford will give you unlimited warranty on their diesel engines....Maybe the problem is with the confidence in the product , I really expected more from this product , why is this warranty different when you buy a brand new Ford Ranger(oppose to buying the engine only).....Ford SA , there is a challenge for you.
