Null and void warranty causes by Ford

I am greatly disapointed by the service I have received by Ford Imperial Germistion . I bought a car in October and now I'm told that 3 Months thereafter I had to bring it in for service and because I didn't my warranty is now null and void. Ford Imperial Germistion told me that I had to bring in my car for service after 1 year or 20 000 kilos. I called in again just to check the service date and they told me about the 20 000 kilos and that's what I did but now when my car had a mechanical breakdown they told me my warranty is null cause i missed the service due date and they told me I had to count the one year from the date Ford purchased the car not from the date I purchased the car. I was not told this information in time and I bought and sent my car to only ford imperial germistion and I called to confirm they still didn't tell me accurate date. I checked my service book lately and they still made the mistake of not specifying my service date. Such incompetence from such as established company is shocking
