Novel Ford Stellenbosch

Hello Peter, my little brother bought a Ford Fiesta that has done a little over 6000 kms. The transaction happened in Limpopo (NTT Group-Tzaneen). He (my brother) never took occupation of the car because there were issues when it was delivered to him in Cape Town. It was smoking and therefore could not be taken. He, however, continued to pay the monthly installments. Very frustrating because the car can't be driven. The Ford dealership in Stellenbosch (where the car is currently at) has been promising to send a diagnostic report, nothing is coming forth. Another frustrating and disappointing episode. The NTT dealership in Limpopo has been sending us from pillar to post, because we wanted another car. They seem uninterested to assist. Mind you, a deposit was paid when the transaction took effect.
