Not honoring a returning client

Hi there

I had my Ford Ranger 3.2 repaired by Alfred County Auto t/a Halfway Ford in the South Coast last year. Two injectors were replaced, drove away and after 67KM the noise came back and I returned the car to them. Instead of fixing the issue they gave me a quotation to open the engine, and knowing that the car had the same symptoms I did not accept that. I insisted that the problem is still the same. They still said I needed to pay, I said no.

I then took the car to another RMI approved dealer to confirm this and they diagnosed the issue to be the same. I reported this to them and they are refusing to fix my car. I spoke to Dion and John from the dealership.

I need my car fixed, I will not be responsible for something that was supposed to have been resolved by the dealership. I have been without a car for the whole festive season.
