Not available for service or repair

I have always enjoyed service delivery from Ford but can say that much has changed at N1 City. Due to refurbishments they can only accommodate a certain amount of vehicles for repair and service. There is no prioritization for repair vs service which means that a car needing repair needs to wait until space opens on the service list which in my case was three weeks. This is not acceptable. I was fortunate enough to find the service I am used to at Paarden Island but still I had to revert to a branch much further away. I can walk the distance from Ford N1 to my house in Panorama but could not be serviced by this branch. I wonder if my retirement vehicle will continue to be with Ford...
