Non- compliance or help of Ford SA due to no parts on the Ford Tourneo models in SA

Ford SA non-compliance regarding parts availability on the Ford Tourneo model. Sweet Pea Baby Care & Sweet Pea Primary School are well known school in Mafikeng and are struggling without the vehicle for almost 8 months due to no parts in South Africa. Complains officer from Ford SA refuse to answer direct questions in this regard. December Holiday of the principal ruined because the vehicle apparently will only be ready February 2026. Already spending thousands of rands to support transport problems.
