Noisy Ford Wildtrak 3.2 TDCI of 2018

I bought a Ford Wildtrak 3.2 brand new at Kempster Ford Pretoria in September 2018. I reported to the Dealer Principal that there loud noise either from door panels or windows when reaching 80km and more. The vehicle was tested with no solution and told its a behaviour from that batch. I referred the issue to Ford SA to intervene with no success. I was adviced to buy a new Wildtrak and pay from scratch and I declined the offer because I didn't cause the noise. I approached Pretoria North Ford and Ford in Mafikeng and they confirmed the noise existance. I'm still driving this bakkie which I loved so much but live to regret the discomfort that I endure like I'm driving a s****, I don't enjoy the comfort I'm paying so much for. Motor Industry Ombudsman SA isn't helping either, I'm really disappointed in Ford SA and this dealership. Other dealerships approached indicated that the vehicle must have been exchanged immediately after the complaint but here I am still with the noisy car. I'm not an engineer but the aerodynamic design of the car are there to address this issue. But I see i was undermined, but here is the truth I owned brand new Toyota D/C of 2010 and a Fortuner of 2012. I was impressed by the new 3.2xlt I use at work, but really disappointed. Please help and advice.
