no service no call back on job done

Our previous report refers.<br> FORD has absolutely no interest to do the right thing and call the client and apologize and correct what they actually should have done in first place<br> AN ADDITIONAL insurance were paid with FORD for any other repairs as specified on service plan<br> What happened- we had to pay fir a light that was NOT REPLACED<br> FORD has no interest in clients they do not care if you live on a farm and have to come a far distance and pay for work THEY THEN DO NOT DO<br> They have no problem if your life is at stake driving at night with your family without lights<br> SHAME ON YOU!!!
