no service from Ford protect

Car went in for service after i confirmed that everything is fine, now Ford has a problem with the service contract, and NOBODY picks up the phones at *** or answers there emails from 12.00 today! my bakkie is at the dealer and they cannot carry on till the service contrac problem is solved!can somebody from Form protect please phone me!!!!!
