No service

I drive a 2015 ford figo ambiente that was bought second hand from a car dealer the car is according to me heavy on fuel when i phone ford sa to get advice they said they do not help with technical advice i that i should talk to my local ford dealer but the car was checked on a dyno and no problems was found so need advice
