how can I get my car fix.my focus aircon stop working when it reached about 2000km.its on 80000 kms now .i wrote a letter to ford about all my problems that I had with my car till now and had no reply. Some of ford garges told me they will come back to me about the aircon the latest 1 iam waiting 4months now
