No response to request for info

Ford are currently running a special with adverts on TV, the URL provided on the advert does not work.<br> <br> Sent an online request for info via the website, no response.<br> <br> Sent an online complaint via the website about the lack of response, surprisingly ... no response.<br> <br> I was very interested in the deal as I had already been looking at the car you were advertising and may have actually bought one, however after this show of disrespect and complete lack of communication other than the automated responses saying to expect a response within 48 hours. I am left wondering if this is how you treat me as a potential new customer what would my experience be like if I actually became a customer and had any problems.
