No response from FORDSA

Hi<br> <br> Can someone please respond.<br> I have been having issues with my ford kuga from last year<br> Been dealing with 'Taukobong, Oteng and up to today, this problem is still not resolved<br> And there is no way of contacting him to see the status.<br> <br> No1 hears the complaints at Ford.<br> There is only 1 way communication from me to their helpdesk<br> They dont get back to you, no do they leave a direct phone number or email address to follow up on any problems<br> <br> Have a problem with your ford and see how they respond<br> <br> Thats the reason for me complaining on Hellopeter as well.<br> As u leave me with no other option.<br> <br> Regards<br> megan<br>
