No Response from Ford

I contacted Ford on the 8th of February 2024 about a clutchplate that broke in pieces and got a response the same day tat a consultant would contact me within 48 hours and I am still waiting. See below my first correspondence to Ford on 8 February 2024

Please find attached photos of my vehicle's Clutch Kit.

I need your honest opinion - is Ford's clutches not build to last at least up to 200,000 kilometers. If so why would my clutch packed up after a mere 38000 kilometers. The car's warrantee expired in August last year, so I had to pay for the new clutch out of my own pocket. Is Ford going to re-imburse me or is it my loss?
