No resolution

I have never had an issue with Ford before infact all my cars have been from ford including the one i have now, the problem i have started when i needed a sparewheel because my tyre had been punctured, upon attempting to unlock the sparewheel i realized that the key was not unlocking the sparewheel, i took it to ford port shepstone to have it checked out and they resolved it by saying they would have to cut the lock and order a new one to replace it. I then went ahead and removed the sparewheel to use it only to find the sparewheel size is bigger than all four of my tyres, when i went back to ford port shepstone to show them my dilemma they said i need to contact the dealership i bought it in which is Pietermaritzburg, when i called the pmb dealership they sent me pillar to post and eventually referred me back to the sales agent i concluded the sale with, when i spoke with her she told me it's been too long since i had the car there is nothing she can do about it and also she doesn't check wheels she just sells the cars. After insisting she does something about it she said i must send her a picture of the sparewheel and one of my tyres showing the size, i did so also the sparewheel still has a qr image with a number on it which i pointed out that maybe they can use it to see that the wheel in question came from the factory as she seemed to suggest that "someone" may have switched the tyres. When i followed up with her the response i got is "Sisi I don’t know because spare wheels don’t come as 17” rims. I asked her to escalate to whoever will know and she has not responded to me. I need this resolved because someone somewhere at ford made an error and its not fair to leave it to me to resolve it at my expense.
