no owners manual for a Focus 1.0 2015 model

Good morning <br> <br> I bought an Ford Focus from Action Ford Krugersdorp +/- 3 month's ago , the sales person was very help full and assure me that he is waiting for this manual to arrive ,I contacted Ford SA to assist me with this via their complaint / customer care department ,I did receive an E mail stated that the matter has been closed ,upon querying this I was in formed by Jolene's manager as she was not there that it stated that I did received this manual .I did not receive ANY
