No loan vehicles available

I own a Ford mustang 2022 model with 11000km on the clock. I have been having a problem with my car for a few months. It's a factory fault, and there isn't Spares available I pay R17000 per month for my vehicle. Ford pietermaritzburg refuses to give me a loan vehicle.

So now I'm paying for a car which I don't have , and I am hiring a car which I'm paying for on my own
