No help bad service

My car is still under warrentee...bought it last october. I am experiencing a problem when i shift down gears and so far both ford garages rhodesfield and Woodmead cannot help me to do a diagnostic test to determain what is wrong...so what happens if my car catches fire or the engine blows......it is my fault for not checking it out? Bad service!!!!
