No garantee on workmenship at Ford Hatfield
I have been taking our ford focus for repairs to ford Hatfield. Each time we collect the car, something new is wrong. This year alone, the car was in 3 times for the same thing. We took in in in June for lack of power which was fixed. In December 2015 we took it in for different problem which was fixed, but when we drove out,the power problem which was a June issue surfaced. We reported so that it can be checked. I had to keep on reminding the service consultant about service warranty as she was going on about finding a new problem or find out if its a problem from the workshop side.We were called to say something else is wrong c

to fix its going to cost R3000. We advised that whatever was done in June be done so that we have the car running. We were advised to come collect the car on the 29th December in which we ask if the car has power back. We were told that it has,I even insisted that a test drive is done to assure this. We then drove our car out, but as we drove out,we realised that the power issue was still there. This resulted in getting stuck twice. & on the 1st January 2016 the car did not want to start. It is at another service centre as I write.
