No ford no

Barloworld ford Pietermaritzburg has no customer service, my ford ranger broke, had it towed into them. Had tried to contact the service lady sharon for a whole day and a half.after speaking they say it will be 2 weeks before they can even look at my vechile nece mind work on it. I just asked for a courtesy vechile and were told sorry we dont have any. Is there any other ford places which are better because the attitude is take it or leave it we are ford the kings.. Really thinking about changing vechile brands where customers actually get some good service
