No feedback on payment holiday request

Thanks for being insensitive Ford Credit. Of all the financial institutions, yours was the only to totally ignore my repeated requests, mails and calls for a payment holiday. Not even an acknowledgement was extended on my requests. I guess this shows Ford’s true colors.
