No feedback on major issue with new car

I bought a 1.0 Ford EcoBoost Ford Fiesta in October 2015. On Monday morning as I got into the car the steering wheel came unlocked and refused to lock again. Luckily I haven't driven yet. I had it towed in to Fury Ford Toti where it was discovered a bolt had fallen out. They put it back and app**** LockTite. I went to the Ford sit and contacted them there with a detailed explanation but haven't heard anything back yet. I don't know if this is an isolated case. My bigger fear is what if it happens again and this time I'm driving at 100 km/h on the highway? This is not a small matter. I could've caused an accident or worse. I could have lost my life or my children. This needs to be investigated and I need answers.
