No Delivery

On the 10th of January 2015, I ordered a Ecosport 1.0 Ecoboost Ttitanium in Smoke from Consolidated Auto in Boksburg. At the that time I was told that delivery would be 3 months from date of order, with which I had no problem. After numerous emails and even driving to the branch to follow-up on the delivery of the vehicle, after the 3 months has passed, I was told that they are receiving no stock. It has now been almost 5 month and still no response from Ford. I can not understand that it takes so long to get a vehicle once it has been ordered. This is not the kind of service I have expected from Ford South Africa being a new potential customer.
