No customer service at Ford SA

Don't even bother to complete a survey from Ford SA because I don't think they even read it! I bought a brand new ford Wild track in October 2017 and believe it or not, with 2015 software for the Gps. When I asked for a update version on the software they were unable to provide me with it because they don't even have updated software, how pathetic is that? Be very aware before you buy a Ford, you will get a new vehicle with outdated software!
