NO COURTESY CAR WHEN CAR WHEN NEW CAR BROKEN DOWN

My Ford Figo with 21 000 km on the clock had some diffulculty with reverse.<br> <br> Booked it in on the Monday and then Wednesday morning I was informed the clutch needs to be replaced.<br> <br> I enquired regarding a courtesy car, but was informed that there was only one courtesy car availible. Why can one client receive a courtesy car and but the others are left to cope without cars.<br> <br> Furthermore why buy a new car when you are left without any car for three days and the car is still under warranty.<br> <br> Why can't they orginize a courtesy car if your car of less than a year breaks down.<br> <br> I am so dissapointed in Ford. Did not expect this service from one of SA's top motor companies.<br>
