No car for 6 weeks... one word... FORD

<p>On 31 December 2016 I took my Ford EcoSport into the Ford in Hatfield because it would not start. My car is 2 years old so still under warranty. It is now 9 February and I am STILL waiting for my car. Everytime I phone them they are "waiting for authorisation from head office". This is completely ridiculous as I have been without a car for 6 weeks. I have not been given a courtesy car either. I am very disappointed with the service I have received with Ford</p>
