No car

My car which i have had for a year broke down 8 days ago. It was towed to novel ford paarl. After 4 days of still not knowing what was wrong i demanded that someone tell me whats happening. Only to be told that the engine is damaged and needs to be replaced. I have since tried to contact several people at the dealership where i bought the car to find out if we can have the car towed there and they look at it. The last communication was on Thursday 15 Feb, i have not heard anything further and Paarl will only be able to start working on my car in about 2 weeks. How am i supposed to drive 2 kids to school and get myself to work???
