No Automatic gear boxes in South Africa T6 3.2l ra

I have been unable to get a warrantee replacement gearbox out of FordSA, for more than three weeks. The conclusion, I can only draw from this is one of two reasons,<br> <br> 1. Ford is unable to meet the demand for new Vehicle's. .ETC...<br> <br> or,<br> <br> 2. Ford is dealing with a factory fault, that is so server that they are unable to meet replacement demand.<br> <br> Please be advised that this is a ford Ranger 3.2l auto T6 2012, <br> <br> in conclusion, after numerous calls, I am unable to understand that there can be no stock in an entre country and if not, the delivery should be done express,( 7days), if that is the fact.
