NO AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE, DISGUSTING!!!!

the most terrible experience after buying a vehicle from ford. i purchased my first vehicle from ford northcliff on the 05/01/2015. everything was going fine until late 2018 early 2019 which is now. i noticed the paint was bubbling on my car bumper and that the paint has peeled off from the car wipers. so i contacted the Northcliff garage and they say there nothing they can do as my car warranty has expired. the warranty expired in November 2018. the warranty started in November 2014. how can the car warranty begin before i purchased the car? so if the car has been at the garage for 5 years and not sold, then all warranties would be null and void. this is complete ******* from Ford SA. yet i thought ford is a good make but you are a bunch if *******. you guys want the sale but no after care service. even ford SA said it has nothing to do with them as the garage buys the vehicles from them and there is nothing they can do as well.
