Nmi Tygervalley Horrible Service

Ford NMI Tygervalley is the worst service centre i have ever been.. there is no customer service, the service agents are impossible to get hold of. I feel sorry for the sales team because when you go there to buy a vehicle, you get the best service but once you have the car, you will learn to swear and shout every time you have to take your vehicle in for a service. Ford needs to up their game because they have no more small cheap vehicles. They want to operate like Mercedes and BMW with the same old horrible service!!!!
