Had the worst experience with NMI FORD N1 CITY Western Cape. They totally refused to cooperate with Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa by contravening the SA Consumer Protection Act by selling me a defective vehicle without my prior knowledge of the faults and repairs that was done to my Ranger XLT 2L Single turbo diesel engine. Worst Motor ever designed by Ford. 10 Repairs later and over 100 days lost with tepair time and faulty parts being installed. Stay away from NMI Ford N1 city. Total disregard for client service. *****ulently swopped my Ford Optimum warranty plan for a lesser value Extended warranty with 12 months warranty instead of 24 months Extended warranty that was purchased on date of sale.
