Never in my life will I drive a ford again!

Friday the 13th my car broke down and had to be towed Ford Kuga 2014 model, My car arrived at Leon's motors around 11am by 3 pm I called the dealership for feedback and could not get hold of them and turned to Ford Sa, I was told by Antonia that she will only be able to give me feedback on Monday ,(I asked for a courtesy car but was told we don't have any available , and not even offered a ride home) nothing happened and I had to phone again for feedback <br> I was given a call by Ford Sa and advised the whole engine needs to be replaced , Shocked I phone the dealership and I was advised by them , no sir this is not the case as we are still accessing your damage , Now , someone is lying right?<br> On the 9th of Dec I received a call that my car is almost done with repairs.<br> 18th of December I have still not received my car nor is there an engine in my car , I saw this when I made a visit to the dealership, I was told by Antonia only a few hours earlier that they are busy fitting my engine as it had to be removed again in order for the police to stamp a new engine number, As per the dealership my engine came from the factory without a number. One month later and no car !
