NEVER EVER BUY a FORD FIESTA or ECO-SPORT !!!!! No Matter the Model Year

NEVER EVER BUY a FORD FIESTA or ECO SPORT

Its basically a horse and cart with not functioning doors that can keep people out.

Despite having bought a brand new 2019/2020 model ECO SPORT the vehicle was simply broken into by jamming a *****driver into the vehicles door and twisting.

The alarm never went off and the vehicle was left wide open for the *******. What is the point of spending R330,000 on a top of the range ECO SPORT if the door mechanics cant tell the difference between a KEY and a *****DRIVER!!!! Now I'm left with the costs of replacing a lock that doesn't work with another lock that wont work + all the damage around the handle and respraying the handle to the metallic colour of the car.

The only response I've gotten from ford customer care and the dealership(s) so far is "Eeesh . . . Askies"

I'm most upset that even the customer services and dealership staff know all about this problem but shun away from taking it further.

COME ON FORD, don't let us down any more. Make the right call.
