Never buy Ford (Ranger or Raptor)

If there is a car one should never buy it is a Ford. Ever time the warranty expires the gearbox has to be changed. We had a Ford Ranger previously, now a Ford Raptor. The good service with Ford ends when you buy the car. After that you are on your own. Moreover, no assistance whatsoever from Makhado dealership or the Headoffice in Pretoria because with Ford, the customer is not valued. Ford Makhado accepted the car and didn’t take the key when we towed it there. After that we had to run around to find the tow truck driver because they are not responsible nor do they have processes to follow when accepting the car. The principal dealer at Makhado is the rudest person ever, 4 hours later when I called to enquire if they got the key he asked for the tow truck contact details, which they should have because they signed off for the car. If there is a dealership one should never visit it is Makhado Ford! Moreover you will not get any assistance from the Headoffice! Never buy a Ford anywhere! Cause they accept no responsibility except covering for each each other.
