NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM - YOU WILL BE SORRY

We Purchased a 2015 Ford Kuga from Ford Midrand on 23 January 2023 on the premise that the vehicle has a full service history. After the vehicle was taken back to their workshop twice for them to attend to defects on the vehicle, we noticed that our service booklet was empty. On 16 March 2023 we raised concern with the sales agent asking for proof of the service history. After two months of begging and pleading, it was conformed that the vehicle is missing two services. Even though the material facts makes our sale and purchase of this vehicle null and void, they are refusing to settle our finance account, and is offering to purchase this vehicle back from us at R60K less than what is outstanding on our finance account. Should they have been upfront with us about the incomplete service history, we would NEVER had purchased this vehicle. They sold us a vehicle under false and misleading information, and now causing us a loss of R60k on top of that. Absolutely appalling. DO NOT PURCHASE A SECOND HAVND VEHICLE FROM THEM.
