Negligent Service
Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost Trend 5dr
I had taken my vehicle in for it's 40 000 km service this year (2018) at the Ford dealership in Midrand. A notification light appeared in the car on Friday night, 7 September 2018 that notified as "Brake Fluid level low Service now" which did not make sense to me as I had the brake pads changed in the last service. I had taken the car in to the Ford in Woodmead (12 September 2018) to have it checked where the bonnet was opened to find the brake fluid reservoir open and the cap was completely off. This is absolute negligence from the dealership service side and should any anything happen to myself or my vehicle as a result of my braking system failing, Ford will be held 100% liable for the any injury (including death) and damage to vehicle as I have drive almost 4000 km since the service was done with this cap not *****ed on.
This is not my first time having trouble with the vehicle service division that unfortunately comes with owning a Ford vehicle and will most likely never purchase one again or even recommend anyone who values their lives to purchase a Ford.
