Navraag rondom terugbetaling van kostes

Good day<br> REF nr ***<br> Thanks for the reinstatement is Ford Vereeniging going to refund me with the 75% of the cost charged on the Shaft seals for the gearbox that had to be replaced at a cost of R1017.00. I haven't heard anything from them either regarding a S1204 Figo rear twistbeam that should have been replaced by Ford, as this should have been a call back on the 2012 Ford Figo models.<br> <br> The day that the service was completed by Vereeniging Ford the workshop manager confirmed it was ordered and will call me to bring the car in for the replacement. Up to date nothing has happend.<br> <br> Will be much appreciated if you can confirm what happen to the call back on the vehicle, and if Ford is going to refund me with the 75% amount of the money paid by me.<br> <br> Please forward me also a certificate confirming the remaining guarantee of 75% up till when.<br> <br> Many thanks<br> <br> UJ Boshoff<br> ***
