My Experience with Ford/ Aurinia Ford Silverton.

Since purchasing a ford fiesta from Aurinia last year I have experienced nothing but problems, 1. A month after purchasing the vehicle the brakes were completely finished! I was told its not covered under warranty which is probably fair but I was not told that I am purchasing a car under voetstoots? I was told by Ryno who I was referred to at the time that they had another customer who went through brake pads on a monthly basis ( how that relates to me I do not know) I was told that I would have to pay R3700 to which I refused as I would believe that these are changed before just handing a vehicle to a customer, otherwise say the brakes have never been changed then I know, eventually I was told that im being done a favor and will not have to pay anything. 2. Two weeks after the brake incident the engine light came on while I was in traffic on my way home, took the car in to Aurinia and got feedback that one of the injector seals are leaking, the car remained there sor two days as the were waiting for replacement parts, I received the car back and was told that the problem was sorted. 3. After a month the engine light came on while I was driving I informed the service department and was told that the workshop is extremely busy and I could bring the car in a week later, the car was in and I was informed that it was the previously replaced injector seal that was leaking this was then replaced again as per Aurinia staff, two weeks later again the engine light came on I went in on the 14th of February without an appointment as this was now becoming a regular occurrence, I spoke to Chantelle who told me that the vehicle will have to come in for at least two days in order for ford to do proper testing on the vehicle to see what the problem is, after speaking to Shaun who said that he put a priority on my vehicle being checked a fixed Ravin took the car to the workshop to do a diagnostic test and stated that it is definitely an injector seal leak but he has cleared the error code in the interim and it it safe to drive the vehicle until the following week when there is a loan vehicle available for me to use, after 2 weeks of not hearing from Aurinia I called in and spoke to Chantelle again who asked how do I know that there is a problem since the engine light is not on, does this mean that no records are kept about any vehicles? I explained to her that the reason I actually called was just to arrange an appointment for a service as this was due soon she advised that she is still waiting on Shaun to let her know when a vehicle becomes available and that in the meantime I should take a picture of the current kilometers which were at the time on:059429 this was more or less two weeks ago, on the 8th of March 18, 2019 I received an SMS stating that Aurina is waiting for a vehicle to come in and if all goes well there should be a vehicle available the following Thursday and I will be kept informed the following Thursday came and has passed with no word from anyone, 4. Today I called in as the current kilometers are on:060100 as the car is now due for its service, I asked to speak to Shaun who I was told is not in today and was referred to Ravin I enquired about the previous problems he said to me if the engine light did not come on again it means that there is no longer a problem and the injector seal is no longer leaking, ( so as I understand it after running diagnostic and clearing the error the seal then automatically repaired itself therefore sealing the leak, I now understand if you do not walk into the service department you as a customer means nothing, 5. I again enquired about the service and was told that I would receive a date to come in hopefully I will now only wait one week for someone to contact me if anyone ever does, (out of sight out of mind right?) 6. 08/04/2019 again driving from Silverton to Centurion the engine light came on I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY ANY FORD
