Motorite refund

Good Day<br> <br> I took my car for repairs January, I told Michelle to contact Motorite so that she could claim, she failed to do so, I emailed them myself before car collection and they said what was required, On my car collection I asked Michelle if she had contacted Motorite and that's when she was only contacting them, I had to pay from my own pocket and its been over 3 weeks without any feedback, I must say I am not happy with the service I received!!I need my money back
