Motor of less than two weeks damaged Engine After Hyundai Serviced and Ford Rustenburg refusing to cancel deal

On 11 May 2024 I purchased 2023 Hyundai Grand Creta 1.5D Exec from Leon Ford Rustenburg which had around 27500kms miles and on 22 May 2024 I took the vehicle for 30000km service at Hyundai Bloemfontein and on 24 May 2024 the vehicle broke down traveling from Bloemfontein to Eastern Cape. I checked and found oil covered underneath the vehicle and the engine I called roadside assist and they towed the vehicle to nearest Hyundai Queenstown. Hyundai Queenstown on 30 May 2024 after investigation that oil came out from oil filter that upon investigation had damaged oil ring and this ended up damaging the engine. They further said because the vehicle was coming from service, called Hyundai Bloemfontein to alert them and Hyundai Bloemfontein requested to replace the filter and pu which is where they worked on, they called Hyundai Bloemfontein which request them to bring the vehicle to Bloemfontein. I called the sales person (01 June 2024) from Ford Rustenburg to alert them and requested assistant in getting a new vehicle or cancelation of the deal if Hyundai Bloemfontein will repair the engine. He said that getting a new vehicle is not possible and didn't say anything regarding canceling and that he will follow it up on Monday. I received a response from him on Thursday 06 June that Hyundai Bloemfontein has admitted to being at fault and said they will buy the new engine. I told Him that I’m not comfortable with how they want to solve the issue. My request was for them to supply with a new vehicle or cancel the deal as I don’t trust them. But the issue of cancel was not entertained. Friday 07 June Bokang apologized that the issue will be dealt with on Monday. Monday nothing happened and on Tuesday 11 June I send an email to Leons Ford manager, Cynthia and she responded by copying in Bloemfontein person to address the issue. I then responded to the email asking questions of what is going on and a way forward. Later that I found an email stating that Bloemfontein called me to talk about a loan vehicle to me. On 12 June Hyundai Bloemfontein gave me a loan vehicle. Before I received I asked what's going to happen and told me they are still going to investigate and will update me if they either will repair the engine. I told Ford of the inconsistencies. I never received any communication and On 08 July I told Ford Rustenburg to cancel the deal. Hyundai Bloemfontein responded that they're busy buying parts to repair the engine. Ford didn't respond and I then wrote a letter to cancel and then responded to say I'm not in position to cancel as the vehicle belongs to the bank. I called the bank of which I was communicating with throughout. And the bank requested upliftment (settlement) from the dealer. Ford Rustenburg Dealer principal, Tewie Wessels, said they do not have any intention of canceling or refunding me.
