months without a courtesy car

I took my car card to Imperial Ford Kempton Park 19 Wellington St, Rhodesfield on the 11th of June. I asked for a courtesy car about a month ago and I have not received any since then . Every time I ask for a courtesy car, I get excuse after excuse. I have been patient with Ford Imperial Kempton Park but clearly they are inconsiderate of my needs and aren't delivering any good service to me. Frans is been helpful in terms of working on my car. However, I do need a car for work. If Hello Peter won't help, I am definitely taking this to social media, radio and TV. I need a courtesy car from next week Monday 21 October 2019 for work.
