Money making skeem out of clients

<p>I am not happy at all with the service provided as I have requested help and all that Ford is interested in, is to suck money out me. My radio is not operating and I complained to them since January. The manual book was provided without a radio code and once you have removed the battery of the vehicle the radio got disconnect. Now they want me to pay R1000 in order for them to unlock the radio for me and I already paid for the extras which came with the vehicle, so they want me to pay for something they never provided in the manual book. I believe this is an after sale because already that was paid for.</p>
