Misrepresentation from Ford SA - Warranty

<p> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, </p> <p>I own a ford fiesta 2011 model and experienced the following issues on the car in August:</p> <p>* Car kept on jerking </p> <p>* Fast changing of gears and over rerve.</p> <p>I had taken the car to ford Kempster in Umgeni road for inspection.</p> <p>i was advised by my service manager that he will inspect the car and advise me accordingly.</p> <p>He then advised me that he will do a TCM upgarde on the car which he attended to and handed the car back to me.</p> <p>He had informed me that he followed the process and if they is any issues i should bring it back.</p> <p>the car did the same thing and i handed it to them again. He had then notified me that the Gear Box needs to be replaced and that FORD SA had sent him confirmation that the warranty will work on 75% and 25% basis. </p> <p>on that basis i agreed to the above and was advised that the gear box will be replaced.</p> <p>a week later they have informed me that FORD SA revoked the 75%/25% deal and we are liable for the 100% costs.</p> <p>It has been 2 weeks since i am dealing directly with FORD SA and still awaiting feedback.</p> <p>I have requested a urgent response and is having no progress herein.</p> <p>I am without a vehicle and without a response from FORD SA.</p> <p> </p> <p>Neeran </p> <p> </p>
