Mind helping your customers?

My vehicle is under warranty, the wheel bearing requires replacement, i phoned Ford Hatfield last week Tuesday, provided all the required information, the service booking person, would have called me, waited Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday NO CALL ... :) Today i have phoned 4 Times provided my number twice and still no call, nor anyone who knows what it is all about... STILL WAITING .... no no
