MATUMA FROM FORD FURY WILLIAM NICOL IS THE WORST

My car was booked in for service at FORD FURY WILLIAM NICOL on Tuesday 11th of February 2020. My service agent was MATUMA.

I have never witnessed such poor service from a Ford dealer in my entire. I have had my car for 3 years and it has full service history and not once have i come across such incompetence.

1 ) Matuma called me and said that they were unable to remove my tyres as they had different locknuts compared to the locknut key I had. I called tiger wheel and tyre Dainfern to find out how this could have happened. Matuma said they would have to charge me for removing the nuts without the right key, i requested a quote and he wasnt able to give me one. I waited for the quote but nothing came. I informed him that tiger wheel and tyre are requesting a call from Ford so they can agree on how to handle the matter together, Matuma said he would call them but never did.

2) Matuma called me at 16:30 asking if it was okay that my car spends the night as they couldnt do anything due to failure of recieving authorization from Liquid Capital. It came as a shock as such has never happened before. I called Liquid Capital to ask why they didnt authorize my claim but instead I was informed that NO CLAIM HAD BEEN SUBMITTED ON MY SERVICE PLAN.

3) My partner was the one that had dropped off the car andshe required to be picked up later, she requested a pick up for 16:30 to 17:00 but the driver didnt pitch.

OVERALL WHEN I FINALLY SPEAK TO MATUMA LATER AND ASK WHY ALL THIS HAPPENED HE SIMPLY ANSWERED "I DIDNT GET A CHANCE TO ATTEND TO IT". SO I BOOK MY CAR IN AND ITS NOT PRIORITIZED. I RECIEVED NO COMMUNICATION FROM MATUMA REGARDING HIS BUSY SCHEDULE BUT I INSTEAD HAD TO MAKE MEANS TO LOCATE THIS GUY AND CALL HIM TO FIND OUT WHATS HAPPENING.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I SERVICE MY CAR AT FORD FURY WILLIAM NICOL.

IV BEEN MADE TO FEEL AS THOUGH I DONT MATTER AND I WAS GIVEN BY FAR THEE WORST SERVICE,.

IM BOTH APPALLED AND DISGUSTED BY MATUMA's SERVICE.
