Massive delay in part

Need to get my Ford Fiesta's TCM replaced. An issue that Ford is well aware of in these vehicles as there is a warranty exptension issued. Booked my car in 4 weeks ago and we are sill waiting for the dealership to receive the part so that my car can be fixed. Got told today the ETA for the part is 8 Oct. Absolutely pathetic!!! Another 2 weeks, bringing the period without a vehicle to 1 and a half months. In the mean time i still have to pay all my expenses on the vehicle as well as incurr additional costs for transportation as Ford can't even provide me woth a courtsey car during this. If you know this part is giving issues why don't you carry enough stock? And not even a single apology for Ford.
