Maintenance plan Ford

Debit order on my account for amount of R203.92 which Im not able to stop: Ref FORDSAPINNDD***. Went to a Ford Branch & to FNB but unable to cancel this debit order. Never receive any email to confirm, no paperwork or email for this transaction - Maintenance plan. If I cannot cancel how would it be possible to claim for anything.
